Did you know you can easily make your payments on time through Chax Check software at Clune & Company? By using this service you can avoid late fees, the time delay of snail mail and the cost of a stamp.
"Just fax a copy of your check for payment!" is our response when a customer has called to tell us they forgot to make a payment. Chax software allows our staff here at Clune to input the information from a customer’s faxed check and print a depositable check - a check that is deposited right away.
You then hold on to your original check for your records. We can mail, email or fax the customer confirmation portion of the chaxed check to you for verification. You decide how you want to receive it.
Even though you have a very generous grace period at Clune, we still provide this extra service for our customers who like the ease and flexibility of staying current with a simple fax.
