A graduate of the University of Kansas, Brenden brings 16 years of expertise as a Financial Systems & Lease Management Specialist in the Commercial Property Leasing Industry, having managed over 4,000 Sprint facility and fiber leases while in the employ of CBRE. His knowledge and guidance were pertinent in implementing successful system conversions including a new billing platform for receivable leases and influencing effective executive decisions by bridging the gap between the legal and financial implications of leases.
Building on this background, Mr. Forbes brings many skills that will translate into success in the Commercial Equipment Leasing Sector. He will also branch out into Credit Analysis and Business Development with Clune & Company.
As a son in law of owner, Kevin F. Clune, Forbes is very familiar with Clune & Company and their niche as a Family owned Independent Equipment Lease Provider for over 60 years. He and his wife, Eileen Clune Forbes, have been married for 18 years and have two children. He played basketball collegiately and now channels his passion for the hardcourt by coaching the kids’ YMCA basketball teams and especially appreciates helping the young players develop their skills and celebrate their improvements & successes on the court.
